IN A NUTSHELL

You love working with data, enjoy structured and sometimes repetitive tasks, and feel at home in e-commerce environments? Then this role might be for you.

As a Working Student Shop Operations, you will support our Shop Ops team in the daily management and optimization of our Shopify store and ERP system (Xentral). You'll take ownership of operational tasks, help onboard B2B customers, clean and maintain data, and research smart Shopify solutions – always with precision and a structured mindset.

YOUR TASKS

• Support daily shop operations and keep an eye on smooth order processing
• Onboard new B2B customers in Shopify and improve the overall B2B shop experience
• Handle operational admin tasks such as price updates, image uploads, translations and data maintenance
• Support product launches from an operational perspective
• Clean and maintain data in Shopify and Xentral (ERP) with high accuracy
• Research new Shopify apps and solutions (with and without AI tools)
• Collaborate closely with different departments and manage ad hoc requests in a structured way

YOUR PROFILE

• You are currently enrolled as a student and available for 20h/week for at least 12 months
• You have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or online shop environments
• You have worked with data before and feel comfortable collecting, processing and maintaining it
• You have experience with platform management (ideally Shopify) and ERP systems (e.g. Xentral)
• You are confident using Google Sheets and Excel
• You have strong research skills and enjoy finding solutions independently (also using AI tools)
• You work reliably, precisely and with high attention to detail
• You are structured, organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks at once
• You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with different departments
• Your English is at C1 level; German is a strong plus
• You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate. We follow an office-first, remote-friendly work model: Each team has two fixed office days per week to foster collaboration and in-person exchange.
