About Our Company & Business

As an Installer Sales Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our installer network in Germany. You will bridge the gap between BYD‘s advanced residential energy storage solutions and the market, helping BYD enhance installer loyalty to the brand, and thereby increasing BYD's market share in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and synthesize feedback from installer customers regarding BYD residential energy storage products to drive continuous improvement.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor developments within the German energy sector,and report to company regularly.

  • Advise installer customers on BYD product specifications, integrated solutions, and available regional financial incentives.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key installer customers and strategic partners.

  • Coordinate closely with BYD Channel sales, technical support, and product management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Conduct regular on-site visits to installer customers to provide hands-on support and maintain market presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in field sales, within the renewable energy, photovoltaics (PV), or electrical engineering industries.

  • Understanding of battery storage systems, solar PV, or energy management systems (EMS) is preferred.

  • Exceptional Interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills with a strong customer-centric mindest.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a collaborative team spirit.

  • Native or business-level fluency in German and English.
