Your Responsibilities
As an Advertiser Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of advertiser accounts, ensuring smooth campaign execution, insightful reporting, and positive client experience. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new advertisers, coordinating internal teams, and helping to retain and grow recurring business. This is an ideal role for someone early in their media or client services career who thrive in developing New Business in a complex international environment.
- New Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities & Revenue pipeline with Advertisers across RTL AdAlliance's multi market media offerings.
- Develop & Grow the Direct business with a key portfolio of Advertisers in a defined market
- Campaign Exécution & Coordination
- Support the setup and delivery of multi-market media campaign.
- Liaise with internal teams (Planning, Ad Ops, Marketing) to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Monitor campaign progress and assist in resolving operational issues
- Advertiser Support & Relationship Management
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into active campaigns
- Maintain regular communication with clients and our media partners, providing updates and gathering feedback
- Help prepare materials for advertiser meetings and strategic reviews.
- Reporting & Insights
- Deliver transparent and timely campaign reporting
- Support the preparation of post-campaign analysis and strategic recommendation.
- Contribute to the development of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) by gathering insights and performance data
- Account Retention & Growth
- Help identify opportunities to renew or expand recurring client business
- Track advertiser satisfaction and flag potential risks or growth opportunities to senior team members
Your Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in media, advertising, or client services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with media tools a plus
- Team player with a proactive, client-first mindset
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
