WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Join our department Accounts Receivable Team IP Contract Services & Accounting as soon as possible and ensure together with us high-quality customer accounting! In this role we are looking for someone to support us in contract management and accounting.


  • As an Officer IP Contract Services & Accounting you are responsible for recording and managing contracts relating to intellectual property.
  • Moreover, you are responsible for the financial processing of cooperation, licence and know-how agreements and carry out licence settlements independently.
  • You prepare payment instructions and invoices in compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
  • In addition, you liaise closely with our contractual partners, controlling units, the tax department, financial accounting and our patent department.
  • You also validate IP-related incoming invoices and liaise with our business partners worldwide.
  • Lastly, you create analyses and statistics and make them available to the team.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • successfully completed commercial training
  • first professional experience in contract management
  • experienced handling of common MS Office programmes and knowledge of SAP FI/CO
  • effective communication in English, German would be a plus
  • independent and structured way of working
  • enjoy working in intercultural teams

  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 35.000 - 39.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience - In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success
