Your new job includes

As a trainee at our Heinemann Duty Free Shops at Berlin Brandenburg Airport, you will advise our international customers on exclusive branded goods and gain first-hand experience of day-to-day business. Over the course of three years, you will learn what is important in retail and

• get to know our products and professional and individual customer service in special training courses
• learn and take responsibility for decorating, presenting, restocking and labelling products
• specialise in perfumes and cosmetics or luxury foods for the best possible start to your career
• advise travellers from all over the world on a daily basis as they purchase luxury items from the perfume and cosmetics, accessories or luxury foods ranges, offering them an unforgettable shopping experience, turning them into loyal customers and inspiring them in the long term

What you should bring along

• A good secondary school leaving certificate (MSA) or comparable qualification
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Enthusiasm for retail and working with exclusive brand products, flexibility with regard to working hours and the lively processes involved in customer service
• A fresh perspective and new ideas in an international, dynamic environment
• Commitment and enjoyment of independent, varied work, as well as curiosity to learn new things
• Reliability, team spirit and openness to working with your future colleagues
