Now we're hiring our first GTM Associates in Germany to build pipeline and help define how we sell in this market.

The Role

As one of Intric's first GTM Associates in Germany, you'll turn sharp research and purposeful outreach into real pipeline, opening the right doors, surfacing the right problems, and setting up conversations that change how Germany's most critical institutions think about AI.

This is a role for someone early in their career who has already proven they can execute. Maybe you graduated top of your class, built something of your own, outperformed in a competitive environment, or simply worked harder and smarter than everyone around you. We care more about what you've demonstrated than what your CV looks like on paper.

You'll help shape how Intric prospects, what messaging lands, and how the outbound motion gets built in one of our most important markets. If you want to get in early and grow fast, this is your room.

What you'll do

  • Own outbound prospecting. Build and run targeted multichannel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone to start the right conversations with German enterprise and government accounts.

  • Qualify opportunities. Run structured discovery using our ICP framework to assess fit and move the right deals forward.

  • Nurture leads. Follow up with clear value and a concrete next step, working closely with marketing to keep momentum going.

  • Keep the pipeline clean. Log activity and notes accurately and consistently.

  • Surface market insight. Share what you hear from prospects so we can sharpen our messaging and targeting over time.

  • Support events and campaigns. Engage leads before and after to turn events into real pipeline, not just conversations that go nowhere.

What you bring

  • Proof that you operate at a different level. That could mean you led something in a student union and actually moved the needle, competed seriously in sport, built something on the side, or held a job where you outperformed. We're not looking for a long CV, we're looking for evidence that you push harder than most and have something to show for it.

  • Crisp, value-led communication, both written and verbal. Your outreach gets replies because it respects the reader's time.

  • Curiosity and the instinct to ask the right questions. You want to understand problems before you pitch solutions.

  • The ability to stay organized and self-directed. You manage your own priorities and don't need to be chased.

  • An eagerness to learn modern GTM tools like Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and Clay or hands-on experience already.

  • Native-level German plus strong English. Other European languages are a strong bonus.

  • Real curiosity about AI and why it matters for the institutions that run society.

Practical Information

  • Location: Stockholm HQ or Berlin. 3 months onboarding in Stockholm is strongly preferred.
