SWISS KRONOs key success factor is the continuous optimization and automation of supply chain managementprocesses. This requires a deep knowledge of the integration of processes in production. The job holder has functional responsibility for the reporting of 2-3 plants. He will act as sparring partner for plant controllers.

Your tasks:

• Contribute to monthly/quarterly financial reportings

• Analysis of monthly results for 2-3 plants.

• Challenge the integrity and plausibility of the planning of 2-3 plants. Reconcile with the group strategy.

• Controlling of Capex projects (contribution to approval process and proof of realized profitability), cyclic monitoring on group level

• Detect and pursue cost and revenue potentials

• User support (content focus) for reporting and planning tools during operation (colleagues in plants, group functions, etc.)

• Special Focus and Group Function Support in one of the fields:

• I. Sales: end customer market and product properties; distribution chain, sales organization and logistics execution

• II. Production: production output and component input; quality and efficiency (OEE)

• II. Purchasing: supply chain, purchasing organization and logistics execution; - Ad hoc analysis in all business fields

Your profile:

• Degree in Economics (Diplomkaufmann, Betriebswirt FH, Bachelor)

• 7 - 10 years experience in Industrial Controlling

• Experience as Plant Controller, Regional Controller or comparable function in a producing entity/organization

• Generalistic controlling and finance experience (closing process) required

• SAP knowledge (R3 or S4, FI/CO modules) is a must

• Knowledge in data analysis tools (SAP AfO, SAP Bex or comparable)

• General technical understanding and interest for dependencies in the production process

• international experience preferred

• Not afraid to take over responsibility or lead in project teams

• German and English level B2 or higher

• Willingness to regular travel (30-50%, day- and weekwise)
