Our hearing experts offer personalized consultations, free hearing tests, precise fitting of hearing systems and hearing protection - giving people new quality of life every day.

To support our further growth in Germany, Amplifon is looking for further talents to support our Communication team as Germany Communication Manager (m/w/d).

Your task:


  • Develop and implement communication strategies, formats and campaigns for internal and external audiences
  • Responsible for all external PR activities like press releases, social media posts and other communication materials
  • Responsible for all internal communication activities, formats and channels like intranet, newsletters, Town Hall Meetings, events, video formats and other communication initiatives.
  • Advise and support executives on all communication-related matters
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
  • Partner with directors and managers from the Business
  • Lead a team of a resource
  • Work closely with international teams to ensure global communication standards and local cascading of global contents

Key skills:


  • University degree in political sciences, public affairs, communications, journalism or related studies
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, both German and English.
  • Solid experience in PR agencies or within the communication field in structured and international organizations
  • Motivated, always positive, creative, able to work independently, and a great team player
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft O365Excellent speechwriting and copywriting skills - proficiency in video production and knowledge of multimedia platforms would be a valuable plus
